AIMS & SCOPE
Journal of the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (JCPSP) is the official journal of The College of Physician and Surgeons Pakistan which is the premier postgraduate medical institution of Pakistan established in 1962 under an act of Parliament. Initially the College followed the parameters of Royal Colleges of UK and Ireland. CPSP awards postgraduate qualifications of Fellowships and Memberships at present in 74 different specialties of medical sciences, upon successful completion of prescribed training and passing of relevant examinations.

Being a high profile accredited biomedical journal of the country, JCPSP is recognized by Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PM &DC), Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan, rating it in the “W” category list of journals from Pakistan.
JCPSP is also has an Impact Factor Assigned by Clarivate Analytics former Thomson Reuters -ISI (Institute for Scientific Information), Philadelphia, USA ever since 2009 with a 5-year Impact Factor.
